Praca znajduje się na skrzyżowaniu ul. J. Waszyngtona z Pasażem Opolczyka, między budynkami Urzędu Miejskiego. Została tam zamontowana w roku 2009.
Rzeźba z cyklu "Groteski transformacji" przedstawia autora rzeźby stojącego do góry nogami niemal na głowie,
na kółeczku trzymanym w ustach. W rękach trzyma powiększone zabawowe klikadełka, którymi pogrywa sobie, bimbając z sytuacji, w jakiej się znalazł.

Balancing sculpture by Jerzy Kędziora - permanent exhibition
The work is located at the intersection of J. Washington St. with Opolczyk Passage, between the buildings of the Municipal Office. It was installed there in 2009.
The sculpture from the "Grotesques of Transformation" series shows the author of the sculpture standing upside down almost on his head, on a ring held in the mouth. In his hands he holds enlarged fun clickers, which he plays with, making fun of the situation in which he finds himself.
