Fundacja Art&Balance wraz z Miejskim Ośrodkiem Kultury w Rabce-Zdroju przygotowały plenerową wystawę Jerzego „Jotki” Kędziory pt. „Napowietrzne ewolucje”.
Na tę podniebną prezentację złożyło się siedem rzeźb balansujących, które zagościły na Deptaku, w Parku Zdrojowym i Amfiteatrze, intrygując spacerujących tu kuracjuszy i mieszkańców uzdrowiska, a także dzieci, do których w dużej mierze adresowana jest ta ekspozycja. Artysta, dokonując wyboru prac, skupił się na tych przedstawiających dzieci, bo Rabka nazywana jest Miastem Dzieci, ze względu na licznie tu działające sanatoria im poświęcone.
W Amfiteatrze zostały umieszczone figury młodych akrobatek, które wykonują trudne gimnastyczne ewolucje na chybotliwej linie i poprzez swoją dynamikę zdają się wprowadzać w ruch trzymane przez siebie szarfy, koło czy piłki. Nad Deptakiem można zobaczyć rzeźby nawiązujące do akrobatek Picassa z różowego okresu jego twórczości. W centralnej części Parku i w pobliżu Tężni zobaczymy natomiast grupę akrobatów z krzesłami wykonującą imponujące ćwiczenia na linach.
Pokaz rzeźb uzupełnia wystawa wielkoformatowych zdjęć autorstwa Bartłomieja Kędziory, syna artysty. Na fotografach zostały uwiecznione balansujące kompozycje, które były prezentowane na światowych wystawach Jerzego Kędziory odbywających się w różnych zakątkach świata – na Bliskim Wschodzie, w Kalifornii czy Florydzie.

The Art&Balance Foundation together with the Municipal Cultural Center in Rabka-Zdrój prepared an open-air exhibition of Jerzy "Jotka" Kędziora entitled "Aerial Evolutions".
This sky-high presentation consisted of seven balancing sculptures that appeared on the Promenade, in the Spa Park and the Amphitheater, intriguing the patients and residents of the spa who walk around here, as well as children, to whom this exhibition is largely addressed. When selecting the works, the artist focused on those depicting children, because Rabka is called the City of Children, due to the numerous sanatoria dedicated to children operating here.
In the Amphitheater there are figures of young acrobats who perform difficult gymnastic stunts on a wobbly rope and, through their dynamics, seem to make the sashes, wheel or balls they hold in motion. Above the Promenade, you can see sculptures referring to Picasso's acrobats from the Rose period of his work. In the central part of the Park and near the Graduation Tower, we will see a group of acrobats with chairs performing impressive exercises on ropes.
The display of sculptures is complemented by an exhibition of large-format photos by Bartłomiej Kędziora, the artist's son. The photographer captured the balancing compositions that were presented at Jerzy Kędziora's world exhibitions held in various corners of the world - in the Middle East, California and Florida.
